What I'm looking for

I am seeking a hands-on IT role focused on network administration, systems support, and technical troubleshooting within a collaborative team that values growth and continuous learning.

I am a dedicated IT professional with a Bachelor of Technology in Information Communication Technology from the Technical University of Mombasa and hands-on experience in network installation, PC hardware troubleshooting, and systems administration.

I have provided IT support for the County Government of Mombasa, supporting core county applications (LAIFOMS, STS, IFMIS), performing software installation, and maintaining networks and user support services.

Since 2019 I have worked with CloudFactory Kenya on data labeling, image annotation, web research, helpdesk, and data enrichment, contributing annotated data used to train neural networks and improve AI models.

I bring a team-oriented, goal-driven approach, practical technical skills across networking, hardware, and software, and a commitment to continuous growth and delivering high-quality technical solutions.
