What I'm looking for

I am seeking senior program leadership where I can mature ePMO operations, improve governance and prioritization, coach teams, and deliver complex enterprise initiatives.

I am a resilient, results-driven senior technical program manager with 16+ years guiding enterprise technology, change management, and operations programs.

I have led multi-million-dollar initiatives, built and mentored high-performing teams, and implemented governance, prioritization, and resourcing frameworks that improved transparency and executive decision-making.

My recent work includes maturing an ePMO, developing an FTE planner and Resourcing Plan, creating a prioritization framework, and standing up a Community of Practice to embed Agile/Scrum practices across the enterprise.

I focus on strategic planning, stakeholder communication, vendor negotiation, and delivering complex initiatives on time and within scope, and I seek roles where I can scale program delivery, improve governance, and coach teams to higher performance.
