I’m a results-driven Senior Program Manager with a decade of impact across defense, enterprise software, healthcare, and technology. In my current Senior Program Manager role for global customer programs, I govern performance across cost, schedule, scope, and resourcing—establishing program baselines, tracking KPIs, and keeping cross-functional teams focused on business objectives. I deliver executive-level steering committee reporting that turns complex delivery data into clear narratives on program health, financial status, schedule variance, and risk exposure. I also lead structured risk management and escalation management to protect timelines and resolve issues through coordinated engagement with leaders and stakeholders.

I’ve directed multiple concurrent international airport programs, partnering with global customers and regulatory bodies (including TSA and international airport authorities) to define and execute end-to-end program roadmaps across concept, production, and installation phases. I’m especially proud of standing up a governance framework from scratch across a portfolio—standardizing requirements management, change control, and success criteria to measurably reduce rework cycles and improve repeat on-time delivery. I’ve also supported a manufacturing transition to a contract manufacturer and driven quality improvements tied to airport system deployments.

Earlier, I led enterprise implementation delivery at scale, overseeing planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment across client environments. At the project level, I created data-driven reporting frameworks using SQL and advanced Excel models—enabling real-time KPI tracking and reducing manual reporting effort by about 10 hours per week—while using Agile & Scrum to improve transparency and delivery predictability. Across roles, I’ve delivered implementation projects at 35%+ margins and strengthened execution by pairing disciplined budget oversight with proactive scope management.
