What I'm looking for

I'm looking to move into an Executive Assistant role where I can use my reporting, IT, communication, and organizational skills to support a team directly.

I've supervised CCTV operations at Palace Shopping Mall in Accra, leading 12+ frontline staff while maintaining full compliance with safety and customer service protocols. I handle escalated complaints and returns, resolving about 95% of 50+ monthly cases successfully.

I prepare daily sales, security, and incident reports for senior management, maintain accurate sales, security, and staff records, and present daily performance summaries to teams. By identifying issues earlier through CCTV and security monitoring, I've helped reduce incidents by around 30%.

I also trained more than 10 new hires in customer service, POS use, and loss-prevention basics. Previously at TV Africa, I produced and directed live and recorded programs, coordinating guests, sponsors, scripts, on-air talent, and broadcast schedules under tight deadlines.

I'm now looking to bring my reporting, IT, communication, organization, and coordination experience into an Executive Assistant role supporting a team directly.
