What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a long-term remote partnership where I can improve operations, support clients and customers, manage property or administrative workflows, and contribute across US, AU, or UK time zones.

I've supported a US luxury short-term rental agency by managing listings across Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and Hostfully. I improve listing accuracy, pricing alignment, availability, and booking coordination while working closely with sales, operations, and onboarding teams.

Across Amazon e-commerce, a publishing company, and a New Zealand towing and recovery company, I've handled customer support, administrative coordination, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, document management, and client communication. I use research and recurring issue analysis to improve workflows, service quality, and reporting.

I've also built outreach campaigns for a UK digital marketing agency, optimized email workflows, managed influencer partnerships, and researched products and competitors for Amazon e-commerce.
