I'm looking for opportunities to improve business operations through analytics, workflow optimization, dashboards, AI automation, and cross-functional collaboration.

I've supported business operations at the University Hospital of the West Indies – Tony Thwaites Wing and Sagicor Life Jamaica through workflow analysis, reporting, and strategic process improvements.

In my current work, I gather stakeholder requirements, design standardized procedures, and develop dashboards and KPI reports that support executive decision-making.
