As Senior Director, Head of Growth—Global at Norton LifeLock (Gen Digital) since Dec 2022, I own end-to-end B2C marketing strategy and execution across 15+ markets, contributing to $2.5–3B USD in annual revenue. I scaled D2C subscription upsell/cross-sell from $1.5M to $300M+ per annum using full-funnel campaign design, creative testing, and lifecycle optimisation, while partnering with Product, IT, and Data to optimize digital customer journeys and conversion flows. I also embedded AI tools across the team’s workflow to accelerate content production, campaign briefing, and performance analysis.
Earlier, at Avira (Gen Digital), I repositioned Avira from a functional German antivirus product to a global privacy lifestyle brand—doubling the user base in 12 months and earning a Drum Media award nomination. I originated and led influencer/creator partnerships as a core acquisition channel, launched ROI-positive user acquisition campaigns, and achieved 100% YoY new business revenue growth by leading growth, PR, and content across owned, earned, and paid channels. I’ve also originated projects like “Stump” (Canon EOS C700) from scratch—building the creator partnership, managing production, premiering at Camerimage, and submitting to Sundance 2018.
