What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can troubleshoot production reliably, improve availability with F5/NGINX, and strengthen observability and automation using CI/CD and monitoring in cloud-native environments.

I’m a Technical Support Engineer based in Bangalore, focused on troubleshooting production systems and keeping cloud-native services highly available. I work across F5 load balancing (F5 BIG-IP), NGINX OSS/Plus, and application delivery—handling incident escalations, deployments, and reliability-focused fixes.

I bring hands-on experience with CI/CD and observability, using Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD alongside Prometheus and Grafana to restore and validate monitoring. I also automate and support infrastructure using AWS (EC2, S3, VPC, Route 53), Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and scripting with Linux, Python, and Bash—building toward dependable, well-instrumented systems.
