What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Technical Support Engineer or IT Support Engineer role to troubleshoot Linux/AWS infrastructure, monitor with CloudWatch, and resolve incidents with strong SLA adherence. I’m ready for rotational shifts and relocation.

I’m an entry-level Technical Support Engineer focused on Linux system administration, AWS cloud services, and hands-on server troubleshooting. I configure and support EC2-based environments while keeping uptime and incident response at the center of my work.

I’ve worked with AWS components including EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, Elastic Load Balancing, Auto Scaling, and CloudWatch. I provision resources, set up security via IAM/VPC/security groups, and use CloudWatch for monitoring, alarms, and operational visibility.

On the Linux side, I’m comfortable with SSH configuration, user management, sudo permissions, firewall management (iptables/firewalld), and systematic log analysis on Ubuntu and CentOS. I also handle package updates (YUM/DNF), backups, and troubleshooting by reviewing system logs such as those in /var/log.

I’m seeking a Technical Support Engineer or IT Support Engineer role where I can deliver effective infrastructure support and issue resolution. I’m a quick learner, comfortable in high-pressure environments, and focused on SLA adherence—available for rotational shifts and willing to relocate.
