I excelled in interpreting software behavior to troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring that clients received fast, clear, and friendly communication across multiple channels.

Currently, I am pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy at Dokuz Eylul University while seeking remote opportunities to grow in the tech and game support industry.
