I’m currently a Game Support Agent at Concentrix Türkiye, focused on dealing with players' requests and questions to ensure a better user experience and perfect customer support.
Previously, as a TELUS International Quality Assurance Analyst, I collected and analyzed the data from moderators and created reports including highlights and problems of a particular week. I also worked as a Content Moderator on a social media project, reviewing and moderating community-generated content (videos, text, images, audio) to ensure company community guidelines are followed.
Earlier, I served as an International Sales Representative at Mono Clinic, where I worked in health tourism—talking to customers from different countries, informing them about operations, and handling sales with foreign patients.
I’ve also built strong communication skills through teaching and support roles, including English Teacher at Just English Language & TOEFL Center and Customer Service Representative (support line and live chat).
