I am an experienced IT professional with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from System Technology Institute (STI). Throughout my career, I have gained expertise in various roles, including data technician, IT support specialist, and chat support. In my previous role at SPI Global, a US-based BPO company, I was responsible for collecting insurance and other important information, performing fast and accurate data entry, orienting new employees, and conducting data analysis. As an IT support specialist at MDC, I assisted users with their concerns, troubleshooting various devices and applications such as SAP, Autodesk, Autocad, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite. I also deployed and assembled new units, troubleshooted internet connections, and performed LAN cabling. At ResultsCX, I provided chat support, quickly analyzing customer concerns, creating accounts, identifying subscriptions, and handling account cancellations.
