I’m a Customer Relations Specialist with 5+ years of experience delivering inbound and outbound customer service, call center operations, and remote client engagement. I’m comfortable handling high-volume interactions while keeping client satisfaction consistently strong.

In my current role as a Credit Analyst / Customer Service Representative (InstaHR), I manage 50+ daily calls, live chats, and emails, resolving complaints and escalations through proactive communication. I also provide dedicated VIP account support to help improve retention rates.

Beyond customer service, I bring accuracy and compliance to financial document review—reviewing loan applications and bank statements, verifying invoices, and coordinating payment arrangements. I focus on reducing repeat contacts by getting issues right the first time and maintaining precise records.

I also add value through community-facing work: managing a client Facebook page with content creation and performance tracking, hosting social events, and leading food tours around Kigali. Alongside this, I’ve supported sales call targets, worked on digital onboarding campaign follow-ups, and strengthened communication as an Assistant Teacher.
