What I'm looking for
I’m a Customer Relations and Operations professional with hands-on experience managing customer relationships through email, live chat, phone, and ticketing systems. I’m known for resolving inquiries quickly, maintaining strong customer communication, and improving the support experience.
In my current role, I manage customer support through Zendesk and handle sensitive information securely. I’ve resolved customer inquiries while maintaining 95% satisfaction, and I build strong client relationships while escalating technical issues to developers.
I also support operations beyond the support desk, coordinating logistics for event management and working across teams to ensure smooth execution. In parallel, I’ve contributed to digital initiatives as a Digital Marketing Intern, creating and refining 30+ social media content drafts and campaign concepts.
