At devX AI Labs, I take enterprise engagements from discovery through production, defining a metric and an owner for each process. I designed production-execution features for an apparel manufacturer that cut SMV drift from 15–20% to under 3% and returned an estimated 520–600 supervisor hours a year.
I also designed Gemini Enterprise agents for retail, apparel manufacturing and media, taking use cases through agent design, build, evaluation and rollout. For a premium apparel retailer, I designed Ops Core around its existing ERP and POS, and helped automate manual processes across 10+ teams.
At Sprinto, I shipped a rule engine and universal search, embedded analytics across the product, and worked across UX and design systems for three product pods. I also rebuilt customer training and enablement, raising training completion by 45%.
Earlier, I took a voice-enabled self-ordering kiosk from concept to rollout at Cyntra Labs and worked on restaurant SaaS products at Posist Technologies Ltd. I started in software engineering at Infosys Ltd., building SAP Native HANA and BusinessObjects solutions, and co-founded Karyavahi, a civic app for anonymous complaints routed to responsible authorities.
