What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and grow high-quality early childhood programs where I can support staff, partner with families and communities, strengthen operations and compliance, and create inclusive learning environments for children.

I lead Explorers Montessori Coastal Cooperative in Savannah as Childcare Center Director and CEO, overseeing daily operations, budgeting, staffing, enrollment, licensing compliance, board collaboration, and program direction for a nonprofit school serving children ages 1–5.

I've built my early childhood education career through lead teaching, assistant-director support, special education care, and classroom leadership. I bring CDA and director training, experience with QuickBooks and payroll, and a warm, patient approach to supporting children, families, and staff.
