I’m looking to lead an early childhood center where I can drive enrollment growth, keep payroll and AR on target, ensure DCF/Cognia compliance, and build a stable, high-retention team grounded in strong family engagement.

I’m a Center Director with 30+ years of experience leading high-volume College early childhood programs. I’ve managed a $3.5M AAS – Child Development center serving 300+ families, delivering 12% YOY enrollment growth while maintaining compliance.

I lead and develop 42 staff with a focus on strong retention, operational excellence, and measurable performance. I manage budgeting and purchasing, keep payroll at or under ≤35%, and maintain AR under 1% while overseeing enrollment and core operations.

My leadership includes licensing compliance, Quality Assurance, and family engagement—plus program oversight across changing needs such as COVID reopening. I’m Florida Director Credentialed and CPR/First Aid certified, and I leverage systems like Procare, Tuition Express, and Intellikids to run effective, accountable centers.
