I’m seeking a leadership role where I can apply my expertise in preschool operations, team management, and family engagement to support a nurturing, high-quality learning environment.

I’m an experienced early childhood education professional focused on leadership that strengthens preschool operations and outcomes. As a Center Director, I oversee daily Spanish and Mandarin immersion preschool operations for ages two through Pre-K, ensuring compliance with state licensing regulations and health & safety standards.

I lead teams of educators and support staff through hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. I build strong relationships with families through regular communication, parent conferences, community events, and proactive tours and onboarding that support enrollment and retention.
