What I'm looking for
I’m an experienced Childcare Director with a proven track record in center operations, licensing compliance, and health and safety management. In my current role, I oversee daily center operations, supervise and mentor staff, and manage schedules, ratios, and enrollment to keep everything compliant and running smoothly.
Earlier, I served as an Assistant Director, supporting day-to-day leadership, ensuring compliance with licensing and health & safety standards, and acting as Director in the Director’s absence. I also led as Health & Safety Director, monitoring accreditation and safety requirements, driving corrective actions, and delivering staff training to strengthen our processes and outcomes.
I began my career as a Teacher and also worked as an Office Manager, which sharpened my ability to communicate with families, manage records, and run efficient systems. With a Bachelor of Arts in Health Care Administration and a minor in Human Resources, I bring an administrative lens and a people-first approach to building a positive center culture and supporting children and staff every day.
