I seek leadership roles in early childhood education where I can improve program quality, coach staff, design curriculum, and expand community impact.

I am an early learning specialist and centre leader with 15+ years improving program quality, curriculum, and staff performance across accredited early childhood settings. I have led a top-rated early learning center as CEO, implemented data-informed curriculum and HR strategies, and driven measurable gains in child development and enrollment.

I design and deliver state-approved training, coach teachers using observation and performance evaluation, and build strong family and community partnerships. My work emphasizes staff supervision, behavior management, and individualized development plans that consistently improve classroom practices and student outcomes.
