What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead an early childhood program where I can coach staff, strengthen family partnerships, ensure compliance, and create safe, supportive learning environments that help children thrive.

I’m an early childhood education professional with 10+ years of experience leading educational programs, coaching staff, and partnering with children and families to support healthy development.

As a Director/Center Manager, I lead center operations, supervise and coach staff, facilitate meetings and trainings, and ensure program compliance. I focus on adult learning, classroom coaching, behavior support, and strong community partnerships.

I also bring direct classroom experience as a Preschool Teacher and Teaching Assistant, collaborating with families and supporting specialized needs. I’m committed to continuous professional development and providing safe, nurturing care.
