Warm, dedicated, and compliance-focused education leader with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and over 20 years of experience across early childhood education, special education, program leadership, and center management. As a Childcare Director in Bishop, Georgia, I direct daily operations of multiple licensed childcare centers and consistently maintain compliance with state regulations, licensing requirements, and health and safety standards during inspections. I supervise, mentor, and evaluate 20+ teaching and support staff, ensuring strong retention, onboarded readiness, and ongoing professional development. I also uphold staff-to-child ratios, safety procedures, and emergency protocols while overseeing curriculum implementation, daily routines, and developmental progress monitoring.
