Sharol Taboada

I’m a compassionate childcare professional with over ten years of experience supporting children’s social, emotional, and behavioral development. I’m highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on confidentiality, family communication, and individualized care.

As an Owner / Childcare Provider, I operate a licensed small home daycare serving infants and toddlers. I provide individualized care using structured routines and positive behavior strategies, and I observe and communicate children’s developmental progress with families.

Previously, I served as Programs Executive Director, overseeing day-to-day program operations. I maintained current communication with staff on updates, policies, and regulations, and I managed scheduling operations across 6 sites by coordinating staff coverage and responding to daily call outs based on employee qualifications and availability.

I also built inclusive environments as a Site Director for an after school program, communicating with teachers and parents to support children’s needs and planning monthly staff meetings. Earlier, as a Teacher, I organized and led interactive activities for children ages 4–12 while establishing and maintaining a safe environment and communicating effectively with families and teachers.
