I’m a results-driven Customer Service and Virtual Assistance professional with 3+ years of experience supporting US and Australian clients remotely. I focus on clear communication, accurate documentation, and fast resolution to keep customer satisfaction consistently high.
Most recently, I’ve been working as a Financial Accountant for an Australian client, managing student account inquiries, billing concerns, and payment coordination through email and phone support. I handle high-volume requests while maintaining accurate records and timely responses, partnering with internal teams to resolve account issues efficiently.
Before that, I worked as a Customer Service Representative for a US account (July 2023–December 2025), supporting customers through phone, chat, and email in fast-paced environments.
