I am an Operations Supervisor at Pasco County Clerk and Comptroller, where I lead with integrity and empathy to promote effective public service. My mission is to help build a sustainable and inclusive future for my community. I excel in process optimization, strategic planning, and risk mitigation, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Throughout my career, I have developed and streamlined accountability tools and metrics, leading cross-functional teams to achieve our goals. My experience includes creating detailed department metrics and maintaining a dashboard for trend analysis.
