What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a people-centered role where I can continue coordinating transitions and providing inclusive, high-quality support—using my communication, coaching, and compliance experience to help others succeed.

I’m a Student Transition Coordinator focused on coordinated transition services for high school students with disabilities, supporting employment, education, and independent living outcomes. I collaborate with students, families, educators, administrators, and employers to identify accessibility needs, implement accommodations, and deliver an engaging transition curriculum.

I also coach workplace readiness, communication skills, and self-advocacy while maintaining compliance documentation, progress notes, and service records. My earlier customer-facing experience strengthened my conflict resolution, documentation, and relationship-building skills—whether operating POS systems, handling cash transactions, resolving concerns, or supporting new team member training.
