I'm looking for customer care, patient and provider support, member services, or operations opportunities where I can resolve concerns, communicate clearly, support dependable workflows, and help teams deliver quality service.

I've managed customer-facing operations at Goodwill Industries, Dollar General, Bed Bath & Beyond, and the YMCA, resolving inquiries, explaining policies, and keeping daily workflows organized.
