At Grant Thornton, I led enterprise organizational effectiveness strategy across performance, promotions, feedback, succession readiness, and leadership development. I spearheaded a performance transformation affecting 7,600+ employees, directed 36K quarterly feedback inputs, and engineered scorecards and goal frameworks for 600+ senior leaders.

Previously at US Foods, I designed enterprise performance, DEI, career, and leadership programs for 7,500 employees. I launched a well-being-integrated process that achieved 90% favorable results and doubled completion rates, while leading a seven-week Workday implementation and leadership programs serving 400–500+ managers per session.

I use behavioral science, workforce data, stakeholder analysis, and clear communications to build equitable, values-based talent systems. My work includes performance calibration, 9-box succession planning, leadership competencies, bias-aware feedback, organizational change, and executive reporting.

Earlier, I helped launch Learning & Development at MediaLink and supported organizational design, onboarding, training, change communications, and readiness assessments at Huron.
