I am an Instructional Developer with over 27 years of extensive expertise in designing and implementing innovative eLearning solutions across academia, healthcare, and government sectors. My proficiency in cutting-edge tools like Camtasia, Storyline, and Rise 360 allows me to create engaging and accessible training modules that enhance learning experiences for diverse audiences. I am passionate about leveraging gamification and personalized learning to drive measurable improvements in learner retention and satisfaction, while consistently upholding high-quality instructional design standards.

Currently, I develop gamification programs with SMEs, enhancing learning for 38,000 physicians and Credentialing Specialists at Parallon. I have spearheaded the development of over 25 gamified e-learning modules, ensuring compliance with 508 standards across HCA's extensive network.
