What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR-focused opportunity where I can support full-cycle hiring, employee development, employee relations, workforce planning, and retention in a fast-paced environment.

I've led full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding for store teams at Ulta Beauty while supporting HR initiatives and team performance.

I develop employees through training, coaching, performance management, and retention strategies. My workforce planning, scheduling, and labor optimization work has supported internal promotions and stronger team performance.

At Value City Furniture, I supported hiring, employee relations, training initiatives, and staffing decisions using workforce data. I currently manage client relationships at Univar Solutions, resolve concerns, maintain documentation, and identify service gaps through data analysis.

I'm completing a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a Human Resources concentration at Carolina University.
