At Footlocker EMEA HQ, I work across departments, board members, and stakeholders to support internal communications. I create and maintain updates, design publications to match company branding, and coordinate calendars across European countries.
I launched the Workforce Experience app to make internal communication easier, providing training and reporting issues to support its functionality. I also organize team offsites and training sessions, and prepare regular project updates.
At Village Dental Centre, I advised departments on guidelines and communications and helped create an action plan according to NHS and WHO during and after the pandemic. My earlier administrator roles at Specsavers and Total Orthodontics by BUPA included finance reports, patient coordination, and preparing official documents.
