Since starting as a self-employed marketer, I’ve led content creation for social media, blogs, and websites, turning strategy into clear, consistent communication.

I’ve managed social media, designed advertisements and visuals for trade shows, and created website content—always with an emphasis on strong messaging and visibility. I enjoy balancing creativity with practical execution, from planning what to publish to delivering assets that support campaigns.

Previously, I supported event-focused communication by organizing events and handling the associated communication. My responsibilities included writing event plans, creating invitations, and ensuring smooth coordination so communication landed on time and matched the event goals.

I also bring customer-facing strengths from roles where I was the first point of contact for phone, email, and digital channels. I’ve handled questions, complaints, and service requests while maintaining accurate customer records—an approach that makes my marketing work grounded in real customer needs and professional follow-through.
