What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR, talent acquisition, onboarding or learning and development role where I can improve employee and candidate experiences, coordinate processes, deliver practical training and support engagement initiatives.

I've led end-to-end recruitment and onboarding at Lite e-Commerce (Żabka JUSH), from needs analysis and sourcing through interviews, candidate recommendations and process closure.

I improved onboarding processes at Żabka JUSH, contributing to a 25% reduction in employee turnover within six months. I also created induction materials, delivered onboarding training, coordinated employee adaptation and ran integration activities.

At Stowarzyszenie mali bracia Ubogich, I recruited and onboarded volunteers and designed workshops on compassion, assertiveness and active listening. I also coordinated employer-branding activities and local events promoting the organisation.

My earlier work includes delivering Google and Google for Startups events, managing documentary productions for Canal+, Max and Discovery, and recruiting and representing talent at Plan Aktor Talent Agency. I'm fluent in English and available immediately.
