After a career break, I’m ready to step into my next role with renewed energy and a can-do attitude.

At Telus Digital AI Data Solutions, I led a global team of seven sourcing administrators supporting a US-exclusive project for Google Search, YouTube and Firefly. We recruited more than 1,000 PTE Data Analysts for an exclusive client in four months.

At Acoustic Marketing Poland, I implemented the recruitment strategy for the Poland Engineering Hub during a critical scaling phase. I increased in-house recruitment share from 10% to 30%, while maintaining a 95% probation-period success rate among new hires.

At Aspire Systems Poland, I recruited technical, go-to-market and leadership roles, delivering four to five Engineering FTE hires per month. I also contributed to employer-brand initiatives and strengthened candidate experience through a transparent, feedback-driven process.

Across my recruitment work, I’ve supported engineering and go-to-market hiring across EMEA and the US, from direct headhunting to crowdsourced hiring. After a career break, I’m ready to step into my next role with renewed energy.
