What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations or customer experience role where I can coordinate complex processes, support clients and cross-functional teams, improve service delivery, and apply my logistics, administrative, and bilingual communication skills.

At 3Summits Adventure, I coordinate end-to-end travel logistics for international clients, from accommodations, transportation, permits, and activity schedules to vendor arrangements and customer support.

I serve as the liaison between clients, hotels, transportation providers, guides, and operational partners, proactively resolving logistical challenges and monitoring service delivery. I also manage invoicing, payment tracking, account reconciliation, tickets, itineraries, and operational documentation.

Previously, I coordinated recruitment, payroll preparation, training, compliance, and documentation for more than 150 employees at Textilera Poblana de Productos Auxiliares PAM. As a bilingual Industrial Engineer, I bring Spanish and professional working English to operations, logistics, customer experience, and process improvement.
