I’m a customer care-focused representative who started in fast food and quickly found a passion for customer service. I bring a highly motivated, cheerful, energetic, and driven approach to helping people and supporting multiple companies in reaching their goals.

I’ve worked as a Customer Representative III with Blue Cross Blue Shield and as a Customer Representative II with Aston Cater, building strength in professional telephone support, communication, and problem-solving. I’ve also served as a Customer Representative with Foundever, staying focused on demeanor and keeping customers supported through each interaction.

In a Credit Card & Shipping Team Leader role at Love’s Travel Stop, I provided excellent customer service by quickly resolving issues and responding to inquiries. I coordinated with other departments, accepted credit card payments while offering self-serve payment options, and led a team of 10—mentoring and guiding employees and coordinating weekly meetings, including teleconferences and video conferences.
