What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote Customer Service or Healthcare Member Advocate role where I can provide empathetic support, resolve issues, and maintain accurate documentation while meeting performance metrics in a positive, high-impact team environment.

I’m a customer-focused professional with leadership experience and a strong background in retail and remote customer support. I handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve concerns quickly, and document interactions accurately while navigating multiple computer systems.
