At PropertyDirector, I rebuilt the core investment bookkeeping flow over three two-week sprints, cutting data-entry drop-off by 15%. I also set up a token-based component library shared between Figma and the front-end team, and built an AI research pipeline that cut analysis time by 40%.
At the University of Melbourne, I redesigned the Find an Expert platform’s front door to 9,000+ researcher profiles for four audiences. I built its token-based Figma design system to WCAG 2.0 AA, and it remains the foundation of the university’s digital work.
At Bourne Digital, I co-designed NAB’s DialogFlow virtual assistant on-site with Google, shaping what it handled, when it escalated, and how it communicated uncertainty. The shipped card-payment, activation and block journeys had a graceful handoff; CSAT rose and abandonment fell.
I work on the foundations that other teams build on: information architecture, design systems and interaction patterns. I prototype in code when a static mock can’t answer the question, and treat WCAG as a design constraint from day one.
