Founding product designer for a B2B2C operational fitness SaaS web and mobile platform. Designed AI-powered features, from AI-assisted scheduling to an AI coach agent in the white-labelled member app, and introduced AI design-to-code workflows to prototype and iterate faster.

Led the 0→1 design of Unify, consolidating fragmented service centre and contact centre legacy systems into a modern operational platform used by thousands of frontline staff. Led discovery for an agentic AI assistant that surfaced knowledge, reducing time searching for answers and training.

Led design of a mobile-first grocery shopping experience from concept through prototyping and user testing. Designed experiences across ecommerce discovery, product pages and admin tools.

Led UX/UI design across web and mobile for a major government digital transformation, designing and shipping complex customer transactions including licensing, registration and payments. Created customer journeys, design systems and high-fidelity interfaces; managed agency partners for design quality and brand consistency.

Led visual design for a global B2B and B2C event registration and booking enterprise SaaS. Managed a team of 5 visual designers across APAC, hiring, mentoring and reviewing design across multiple products.

Designed digital experiences and campaigns for global brands including Nike, Intel, American Express, Fidelity Investments and Commonwealth Bank across leading digital and ad agencies in Australia and the US. Built and delivered award-winning campaign websites for Sony Pictures Classics.
