At Rio Studio, I design internal tools for Xephyr, turning operational requirements into workflows, prototypes and a design system. I also founded Nueco, an AI voice documentation product for NDIS providers, and own its research, design and build.
For Nueco, I mapped how provider notes are captured, reviewed and used as evidence, then shaped those needs into user flows, user roles and review steps. I prototype and build with AI coding agents and use PostHog analytics to inform design decisions.
At Kudosity, I designed features end to end on a global SaaS platform, extended its design system and worked with front-end engineers through implementation. At PlayHQ, I designed operational tooling for a national sports platform and made complex competition, participant and scheduling data easier to use.
Earlier, at Bupa, I designed web and mobile experiences within a regulated health environment, and at World Vision Australia, I designed digital products and campaigns and built responsive websites. I bring product managers, business analysts and engineers into the design process from discovery through delivery.
