At Guroo Learning, I designed Discussion Boards that bring learner and facilitator conversations into the platform. I validated the concepts with customers using a Figma Make prototype, and the feature moved into development.
I also redesigned how learning programs are created and managed, organizing the workflow around five areas and defining a Program Lifecycle from Setup to Archived. I worked with founders, a product manager and developers from discovery through implementation-ready designs and user stories.
At Nuix, I designed the Nuix Licensing System, a centralised platform for managing users, roles, products, entitlements and reporting. Approximately 90% of the proposed solution was implemented before I left, and the platform remains in use.
Earlier, I designed enterprise learning products at Workstar and payment journeys and internal systems at Universo Online (UOL) / PagSeguro. Across my work, I use research, prototyping and design systems to make complex products clearer and more accessible.
