What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role in Agile teams where I can own UX/UI end-to-end, build and scale design systems, and use research plus usability testing to deliver accessible, user-centered service and customer experiences.

I’m a proactive Service/UX/UI designer with 15+ years of experience helping organizations understand, optimize, and improve the internal processes and employee/customer experiences they deliver. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business and user needs into clear, user-centric design outcomes.

Most recently, I’ve been a UX/UI Design Lead on a Salesforce team for a global gaming and technology company, owning full UX and UI responsibility for an internal, customer-facing online portal. I lead human-centered product and UX initiatives in multi-disciplinary Agile teams, run qualitative and quantitative user research (interviews, surveys, workshops), and turn findings into personas, customer journey maps, and validated service concepts.

I build and evolve design systems (including Salesforce Lightning DS in Figma), produce pixel-perfect UI assets and reusable components, and create interactive prototypes across mobile, tablet, and desktop. I also advocate accessibility and WCAG best practices (aiming for Level AA), using usability testing and iterative refinement to ensure my work delivers effective, inclusive customer experiences.
