I’m looking to own end-to-end client relationships and customer success—aligning clients and internal teams, running demos, handling inquiries, and improving retention through clear communication and accurate CRM updates.

I’m a dedicated Client Relationship and Customer Success professional with 5 years of overall experience, including 4 years in leadership-focused work. I streamline communication between clients and internal teams to support smooth customer experiences, from acquisition to resolution.

In my recent Customer Success role, I’ve managed the client acquisition lifecycle—outreach, product demos, follow-ups, and closure support—while acting as the primary client-facing point of contact. I coordinate end-to-end communication via emails, chats, and calls, and keep CRM updates accurate while scheduling client meetings.

Earlier, I led recruitment and HR operations, coordinating the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
