I'm looking for a role where I can own HR operations, recruitment, payroll, policy design, and trusted executive coordination while helping a growing team run smoothly.

At Pak Dev Studio, I run end-to-end HR and office operations while serving as the CEO's day-to-day coordination point. I manage confidential communications, leadership reporting, recruitment, payroll, attendance, employee documentation, and offboarding.

Previously at JS Bank, I led phone banking quality assurance, maintained 95%+ service levels, designed complaint-escalation and IVR feedback processes, and performed UAT for core banking and CRM systems.
