I’m looking for a role where I can strengthen HR leadership in compliance-focused, mission-driven environments—owning recruitment, employee relations/investigations, training programs, and audit-ready HR operations while partnering closely with senior management.

I’m a Certified Human Resources Professional with 4+ years of progressive experience managing HR functions for global funded projects. I align HR strategies with organizational objectives by providing strategic support and insight to senior management.

In my HR Officer role, I manage employee relations end-to-end—grievances, disciplinary cases, workplace conflicts, and confidential workplace investigations with clear recommendations. I also develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and compliance frameworks, supporting audits with accurate HR records and governance processes.

I manage year-round training and development through structured calendars and orientation/refresher sessions. I also drive organizational development by reviewing structure and workflows, supporting role clarity, job frameworks, job analysis, and job evaluation activities.

Earlier, as an Assistant Human Resources professional, I handled end-to-end recruitment, payroll and benefits administration coordination, EOBI updates, employee exits/final settlements, and performance appraisal support. I’ve also contributed as a Recruitment Executive (offshore) and as an Office Coordinator/Assistant to an Executive Vice President, strengthening my operational support, coordination, and confidentiality practices.
