I’m a Computer Repair Technician at Clearfield Job Corps, diagnosing and repairing hardware/software issues to improve device functionality and customer satisfaction. I communicate technical information clearly to non-technical customers to make the service experience feel straightforward and dependable.
I handle multiple repair tickets at once, applying strong time management and prioritization to keep work moving efficiently. Before this role, I worked as a RetailAssociate at Books-A-Million, guiding purchasing decisions and improving communication flow through phone inquiries.
My technical foundation includes Networking, Python Scripting, Linux, Virtualization, Remote Desktop, and PowerShell, supported by CompTIA certifications and CCNA coursework.
