At Taj Palace, New Delhi, I greeted guests, managed check-ins and check-outs, handled reservations, billing, payments, and guest inquiries while coordinating across departments for seamless stays.

I previously worked as a Reservation Agent at Paradox Singapore Merchant Court, using Opera to create, update, and cancel bookings; manage profiles, rates, inventory, special requests, fixed charges, and third-party OTA, tour, and wholesale reservations.

My MBA in International Hotel Management included live projects for Furama City Centre focused on recruiting, engaging, and retaining operational hotel staff, plus questionnaire development and findings reports. I also contributed to a marketing project for HOSPO.life.

Before moving into hospitality, I worked as a Software Engineer at Comcon Technologies, evaluating software and systems for audio-video signal equipment and creating technical specifications. I bring customer service, operational attention to detail, communication, and technology awareness to hospitality work.
