What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role combining guest-facing operations and technical support where I can improve customer experience, train teams, and apply data tools to optimize reservations and revenue.

I am a hospitality-trained professional with hands-on experience managing front office operations and guest relations at leading hotel brands. I combine strong customer service, team supervision and operational oversight to improve guest satisfaction and drive revenue through upselling and efficient reservation management.
