As a Reservation Assistant Manager at Bloom Hotels, I manage centralized reservation operations for 75+ hotel properties across India. I handle booking confirmations, modifications, and guest queries through calls, emails, and OTA channels, while keeping inventory updates and room availability aligned across platforms.

In property leadership, I’ve served as a Property Manager at The Altruist Hotel, Gurgaon, overseeing housekeeping supervision and team coordination.
