I’m looking for a role where I can deliver excellent customer support, use data analysis to improve service, and contribute to training and client education—preferably with strong teamwork and the flexibility to work remotely.

I’m a proactive and adaptable professional with a degree in Business Management and solid experience in customer service, fleet administration, and education. I manage tasks independently in both office and remote environments, using remote collaboration tools (video calls, email, and chat) to keep client communication clear and professional.

I address customer enquiries across email, live chat, and telephone, accurately document interactions within the company’s CRM, and analyze customer feedback to identify patterns and propose improvements. Alongside customer support, I’ve delivered online and in-person training and provided tutoring, helping learners build confidence through personalized lesson plans and consistent progress tracking.
